wash the hair with an Agilise Anti Residual shampoo, wash until complete removal of the product, then get the hair 100% dry. Apply the Volume Reducer (always 1 cm above the hair root), wait 40 minutes, wash, and dry 100% with a hairdryer and blow the hair in thin strands.
